Review: The book begins with asking, "Who are you?" This question asking you to look deeper than an earworm from The Who, or "I am Jane" or "I am a teacher." Who are you? Ultimately, you are you - thoughts, emotions, energy. You exist in the reality you create, the choices you make, and the energy you choose to release or to hold on to. Do you choose to be happy or do you choose not to be happy? What energy shifts do you observe today or right now? Will you allow those energies pass through you, or will you choose to hold on them, potentially causing those energies to manifest?
Michael Alan Singer does a fantastic job of escorting readers on a journey into their subconscious and conscious thoughts and actions. Although the book is only 199 pages, readers should plan on devoting some time to this book as the mental processing can take time. This is a recommended book for anyone ready to know the answer to the question: Who am I?
